Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) inspection is one of the important applications of magnet and magnetic head is the most critical subassembly. As the pictures showed, the magnetic head contained high grade and very big magnets in the size of 6.25×2.61×1.60″(M) assembled right next to each other to form North and South poles. These magnets have tremendous repelling force to each other. It is very challenging to put them in place and secure them there.
